The release of photos previously undisclosed frontman of Suicide scene of Nirvana, Kurt Cobain, did not result in the reopening of the investigation process, after 20 years of his death, but rather resulted in a process.
Richard Lee, a self titled investigator who has long believed that Cobain was murdered, is accusing the Seattle Police Department for being "uncooperative, slow and resistant to your requests for records and information." Lee is also asking that a trial is made by "large issues" that this late disclosure caused the Cobain case.
"Sometimes people believe what they read ... some misinformation from some books, this is a conspiracy," said Detective Mike Ciesynski the private investigator in Seattle. "That's completely inaccurate. It's a suicide, the case is closed. "
Ciesynski found four rolls of film not disclosed the crime scenes and they were promptly revealed in March - by a police spokesman who quickly reported that they did not contain bombastic content. Lee, a 50 year old man presenting a public access program called "Kurt Cobain was murdered" is representing himself in the process. The public defender of the city of Seattle declined to comment on these accusations.
